FAQs

  • What kind of videos do you make?

Our video production company films and edits a variety of video projects. We make bumper ads, promotional videos, commercials, explainer videos, interviews, testimonial videos, e-courses, internal videos, corporate videos, and so much more.

  • What kind of budgets do you work with?

We usually start around the $5K mark for smaller video projects, and we go all the way up to… what did you say your budget was? We typically like to give three different tier options when sending over a quote. That way we can be flexible with your video marketing budget and you can make the decision of what will be best for you.

  • What kind of industries and companies do you work with?

We work with all sorts of industries. Whether you’re a marketing director for a Fortune 500 company or a small business owner. We’ve done work for brands like Aldi, Medline, and Compass Group, and we’ve also worked for police and fire departments. We’ve done a Super Bowl ad and we’ve done internal training videos. We’re the crew behind one of the biggest online seminary courses.

  • How do we get connected?

You can press the button below or use our contact page. We’ll reach out through email and set up a discovery call to hear about your project.

  • What does your process look like?

    1. Discovery Call

After you contact us, we start off with a discovery call. We’ll ask you questions about things like your video project, video goals, ballpark budget, and timeline.

    2. Proposal

Then we’ll send over a proposal with different video package options for you to take a look at.

    3. Contract

If you want to move forward, we will send over the video contract for you to take a look at and sign or make revisions.

    4. Production & Review

We will then create the video production schedule and shoot and edit your video project. We’ll send over for you to review and make any suggestions for changes until you are happy.

    5. Become Best Friends

Umm, what? How’d that get in there? But really, a lot of the time we become great friends with our clients (with some healthy boundaries, trust, and communication, of course). Or if you prefer to part ways, we’ll just be over at our office, sitting on the floor in the corner, eating a tub of Cherry Garcia, quietly sobbing. We’ll still be there for you if you change your mind.
